Clinical Pediatric Dentistry
Course description
The main focus of this rotation is comprehensive care for the child patient, including new patient examinations, periodic oral examinations, preventive care, restorative dentistry, and pediatric oral surgery as indicated. Students will serve as the primary operators for the patients in a community-based clinical setting. Students will gain a minimum of 9 days of experience in the care of children.
