Diagnostic And Preventive Pediatric Dentistry
Course description
The objectives of this course are to prepare third-year dental students to achieve competency in the clinical examination of pediatric patients, including clinical examination, radiographic examination, treatment planning, dental prophylaxis, and fluoride administration. Students will complete an equivalent of three and a half days in the treatment of children and three clinical competency exams by the end of their rotation.
