These Google Forms enable the Communications team to intake information comprehensively and effectively meet the needs of the SOD community.
Creative and Print Services
The UCLA School of Dentistry's Communication team provides graphic design, and select photography support to faculty and staff. If you are interested in utilizing these resources, please fill out the creative project request form. Upon receipt, Senior Artist Brian Lozano will follow up with an estimated timeline and next steps.
