Thank you for your interest in our 4-year DDS program. We pride ourselves on admitting a diverse student body and we welcome your application.The Admissions Committee begins reviewing applications in July of each year. Candidates are selected for interviews based on information submitted to the American Dental Education Association -- Associated American Dental Schools Application Service, including the supplemental questions. Interviews are scheduled between the months of July and January.
ADEA Associated American Dental Schools Application Service
The following criteria is used when making decisions about applicants:
- Scholastic record, including science GPA, overall GPA, and GPA
- Dental Admissions Test (DAT) scores including science, academic average, and PAT
- A holistic review of the applicant’s shadowing, volunteering, research, academic enrichment, and employment experiences
- Substantive letters of recommendation from any objective source (minimum of 3 but 4 are recommended)
- Personal Interview
