Thank you for your interest in our 2-year PPID program. We pride ourselves on admitting a diverse student body and we welcome your application. The Admissions Committee reviews all application files and selects finalists for a skills evaluation*. Should you be selected as a finalist, you will be notified by mid-October and will need to provide a non-refundable testing fee of $300 U.S. dollars. The skills evaluation is administered on the first day. Personal interviews will take place one to two days after the skills evaluation.

The Admissions Committee considers the following criteria in its decisions:

  • Academic record

  • Performance on the National Board Dental Examinations (NBDE)

  • TOEFL scores

  • Personal statement

  • Letters of recommendation

  • Performance on the skills evaluation

  • Interpersonal skills as demonstrated in the interview

* The written exam section will be in the NBDE format and focus on the Part 1 content; applicants are encouraged to review the NBDE Part 1 Candidate Guide available on the ADA website.
