The first step to making an appointment is to determine the provider level and cost of care that works best for you. If you already have a referral to a specialty clinic, please call the clinic directly.

The Venice Dental Center can be reached at (310) 392-4103. Once a staff member has registered you in the system, they will email you a link to our Patient Access site that will allow you to complete your health questionnaire and verify your contact information online.

A current patient is someone who is actively being treated at any of our clinics or has been seen in the last 12 months. Otherwise, you will need to start as a New Patient.

If you are a patient of record, please visit our Patient Access. Upon entering the required information, you will be given access to request an appointment and navigate through parts of your dental records. Note: the link above will not work for new patients – a registration phone call is mandatory.
