Requirements and Application Process
Requirements for admission to the Endodontics Postgraduate Training program for graduates of Non-CODA accredited dental schools (foreign) are the following:

Dental degree and transcripts from a minimum of a 4-year dental school accredited by the local government jurisdiction

National Board Dental Examination Part 1 by the application deadline

National Board Dental Examination Part 2 by June 1 of the year which the program starts

INBDE Score (if taken instead of the NBDE Part 1 and 2)

English language proficiency (TOEFL)

Official TOEFL scores (a minimum score of 600 on the paper-based TOEFL, 250 on the computerized version, or 87 on the internet-based is required). Please note the TOEFL school code for the UCLA School of Dentistry is: 8354. The scores should be received by the application deadline.

Application Process
- Curriculum vitae and 2" x 2" photo
- Original NBDE/INBDE Scores
- Original TOEFL Scores
- Official transcripts with certified translation
- Three Confidential Recommendation Reports
- Supplemental application form
- $150 non-refundable application fee – PAY HERE
- The application fee must be paid using the link above.[Applicants may also pay by a check drawn from a U.S. affiliated bank, cashier’s check or money order made payable to UC Regents.]
- Pass Application
Application due date is August 1 for PASS and Supplemental Application
