The comprehensive curriculum consists of didactic education and clinical training in the radiation sciences, including maxillofacial radiological interpretation, radiation physics, and radiation biology and safety.
The UCLA Oral & Maxillofacial Radiology Residency Program may be combined with degree programs leading to a Master of Science degree or PhD degree in Oral Biology. The combined programs typically last three years (MS) or five years (PhD), depending on the research background of the candidate.
