Exit to the 10 W (Santa Monica Fwy)
Exit on Lincoln. Turn left.
Drive 1.5 miles to pass Ocean Park Blvd. and then Rose Ave, clinic is on the west side (right-hand side) after Rose Ave. at 323 S Lincoln Blvd., Venice 90291

From the 10 East:

Take 10W (Santa Monica Fwy) Exit on Lincoln-turn left
Drive 1.5 miles to pass Ocean Park Blvd. and then Rose Ave. Clinic is on the west side (right-hand side) at 323 S Lincoln Blvd., Venice 90291
