Pediatric Dentistry Clinic at Venice
The Venice Pediatric Dental Clinic has caring providers that can best serve the oral health interests of infants, children, adolescents, and individuals with special health care needs. The establishment of a dental home provides an opportunity to implement individualized preventive oral health practices and reduces the child’s risk of dental/oral disease. To achieve good dental/oral health, dental visits should start no later than 12 months of age.

Patient care hours: Monday: 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Tuesday through Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Option A: Please call (310) 392-4103 and follow the initial patient registration recording, after you complete the pre-registration process with a staff member, you will then be given access to complete a medical history form electronically and other information related to dental care at UCLA. If you have questions, you can also email the clinic at vdc@dentistry.ucla.edu.

Option B: Download the New Patient Registration packet, fill out and email to VDC@dentistry.ucla.edu, send via fax to (310) 392-8513, or bring with you to your first appointment.
