Admissions and Applying

• Proof of your status as a U.S. citizen or permanent U.S. resident*

• DDS or DMD degree from a CODA-accredited program

• National Board Dental Examination, Parts I and II (Official copies of scores must be emailed to: postdds@dentistry.ucla.edu). Part 1 is required by the application deadline, Part II is required by June 1 of the year the program starts.

• ADAT (Advanced Dental Admissions Test) by the application deadline.

*Verification of U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent residency must be received by June 1st of the admission year or acceptance into the program may be withdrawn. Failure to provide proof of U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent residency after the start of the program shall result in automatic suspension and may result in dismissal from the program.
