Admissions and Applying

• Proof of your status as a U.S. citizen or permanent U.S. resident*

• DDS or DMD degree from a CODA-accredited program

• National Board Dental Examination, Parts I and II (Official copies of scores must be emailed to: postdds@dentistry.ucla.edu)

• ADAT (Advanced Dental Admissions Test) score will be considered for admission. It is strongly recommended but not required.

Application Process

• Submit ALL primary and supplemental materials through the Postdoctoral Application Support Service (PASS) website, including at least four (4) Professional Evaluation Forms and one (1) Institutional Evaluation Form, undergraduate transcripts and dental transcripts.

• Participate in the Postdoctoral Dental Matching Program (Match) for AEGD programs.

Incomplete files will not be considered and the program coordinator will not accept application material.

*Verification of U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent residency must be received by June 1st of the admission year or acceptance into the program may be withdrawn. Failure to provide proof of U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent residency after the start of the program shall result in automatic suspension and may result in dismissal from the program.
