CBCT Imaging
At UCLA, we maintain the highest standards of excellence in imaging. Our CBCT facility is accreditied by the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission, a prestigious and CMS-recognized medical imaging accreditation organization.

We serve the imaging needs of dentists in the greater Los Angeles area, including the cities of Beverly Hills, Culver City and Santa Monica. When referring your patients to the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) for CBCT imaging, please fill out the Radiology Prescription Form that describes the clinical situation and the reason for the CBCT examination.

These forms may be emailed to orad_ucla@dentistry.ucla.edu, faxed or brought with the patient at the time of the appointment.
