Jack and Geraldine Weichman Endodontics Clinic
The Weichman Endodontics Clinic provides clinical care in the full spectrum of endodontics including root canal therapies, root canal retreatments, endodontic microsurgeries, vital pulp therapies, apexifications, apexogenesis, internal bleaching, and endodontic emergencies.
Our specialty clinic is operated by the postgraduate trainees who have already completed formal training in dentistry and were selected from an extremely competitive pool of applicants. Many of our residents were in the top 5 percent of their classes and have completed additional clinical training before entering our postgraduate program.

Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Appointment Slots are two hours in length.
Closed on the weekends.

Patients are accepted to our Endodontic specialty clinics on a referral basis. We offer three different levels of specialty endodontic services: (a) student dentists; (b) postgraduate residents under faculty supervision; and (c) by our faculty members practicing at the Faculty Group Dental Practice. Please bring this completed form to your first appointment: Patient Registration Questionnaire and Registro de Pacientes.
How to Refer Patients to Us:
Patients are accepted to our endodontic specialty clinics on a referral basis. We offer three different levels of specialty endodontic services: DDS student dentists, postgraduate residents under faculty supervision at the Weichman Endodontic Clinic, and by our faculty members practicing at the Faculty Endodontic Group Practice. The Faculty Endodontic Group Practice is located in the UCLA Medical Plaza 100 Building and can be reached by phone at (310) 794-5750.

1. Endodontics Patient Referral Form (Completed and signed by the referring dentist)
2. A valid adult/parent/guardian ID
3. Dental insurance benefit card
- We accept Straight Medi-cal, Delta Dental PPO, and Cash.
- Out-of-Network insurances accepted on a third party reimbursement basis
