We look forward to receiving your application to one of our 13 Preceptorship Programs.

Requirements for Admission:

  • Degree from a dental school accredited by the local government jurisdiction
  • English language proficiency

Application Process

  • Curriculum vitae and 2" x 2" photo
  • Official dental education transcripts and an official Educational Credential Evaluators ECE Course-by-Course Report
  • Official TOEFL score. Please note the TOEFL school code for the UCLA School of Dentistry is: 8354.
  • 3 Confidential Recommendation Reports (signed and sealed)
  • Application Form
  • $150 non-refundable application fee
  • The application fee must be paid using the link above.[Applicants can also pay by check drawn from a U.S. affiliated bank, cashier’s check or money order made payable to UC Regents.]
