Selection Process

The Admissions Committee reviews all completed applications and selects finalists for an interview and knowledge and skills assessment. If selected as a finalist, you will need to submit a non-refundable fee of $300 U.S. dollars to participate in the interview and assessment process. The interviews and assessments will be held over a 3 day period.  

The Admissions Committee considers the following criteria in its decisions:

• Academic record
• Results on the National Board Dental Examinations (INBDE-NBDE)
• TOEFL scores
• Personal statement
• Letters of recommendation
• Interpersonal skills as demonstrated in the interview
• Results of the knowledge and skills assessment

Finalists invited for an interview and assessment will be notified via email. Acceptance notifications will be sent in the Fall. Formal letters of non-acceptance will not be distributed.
