Apply to Our ACT Programs

We look forward to receiving your application to one of our eight Advanced Clinical Training programs.

Requirements for Admission:

• Degree from a dental school accredited by the local government jurisdiction
• English language proficiency

Application Process

• Download and complete the Application Form
• Official dental education transcripts and an official Educational Credential Evaluators ECE Course-by-Course Report
• Three (3) confidential reports from people with knowledge of the applicant’s skills and potential
• Proof of English language proficiency for people with English as a second language (official TOEFL or IELTS score required, a minimum score of 600 on the paper-based TOEFL, 250 on the computerized version, or 87 on the internet-based is required). Please note the TOEFL school code for the UCLA School of Dentistry is: 8354.
• $150 non-refundable application fee 

Pay Program Application Fee

• The application fee must be paid using the link above.[Applicants may also pay by a check drawn from a U.S. affiliated bank, cashier’s check or money order made payable to UC Regents.]
• Only completed applications will be considered. Application deadline is January 15, 2025.
• Electronic copies will be considered temporarily until hard copies of transcripts and test scores are received.

* A letter of acceptance signed by the Program Director and Associate Dean of Academic Affairs will be issued upon acceptance.

Incomplete and/or late applications will not be considered. Please do not mail in photocopies of transcripts and TOEFL/IELTS scores or any other documents. Only original documentation will be submitted for admission review. Applications must arrive by the application deadline.
