Requirements and Application Process

Dental degree and transcripts from a minimum of 4-year dental school accredited by the local government jurisdiction
Copy of the certificate of completion of a CODA-accredited postgraduate training program in Prosthodontics or its equivalent
National Board Dental Examination Part 1 by the application deadline
National Board Dental Examination Part 2 by June 1 of the year which the program starts
INBDE Score (if taken instead of the NBDE Part 1 and 2)
English language proficiency (TOEFL)
Official TOEFL scores (a minimum score of 600 on the paper-based TOEFL, 250 on the computerized version, or 87 on the internet-based in required). Please note the TOEFL School Code for the UCLA School of Dentistry is: 8354. The scores should be received by the application deadline.

Original NBDE or INBDE scores, if available
