Admissions and Applying

• Proof of your status as a U.S. citizen or permanent U.S. resident*

• DDS or DMD degree from a CODA-accredited program

• National Board Dental Examination, Part I or Integrated version (Official copies of scores must be emailed to: postdds@dentistry.ucla.edu)

• Four (4) Professional Evaluation Forms

• ADAT (Advanced Dental Admissions Test) score will be considered for admission, but not required. Submit with ADEA Pass application.

Application Process

• Submit ALL primary and supplemental materials through the Postdoctoral Application Support Service (PASS) website.

• No supplemental application is required, however, applicants may mail additional PEFs  directly to:

Incomplete files will not be considered.

*Verification of U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent residency must be received by June 1st of the admission year or acceptance into the program may be withdrawn. Failure to provide proof of U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent residency after the start of the program shall result in automatic suspension and may result in dismissal from the program.
