Too many dentists feel intimidated by marketing. For anyone looking to grow a successful dental practice, this is a problem! This short course will help practice owners (current or aspiring) to understand how to use marketing to generate new patients. Taught by dental marketing leader Gary Bird, participants will learn to do things like create an ideal patient avatar, build a brand, avoid common (and expensive!) mistakes, and use KPIs to drive lasting results. As a result, participants will feel more comfortable navigating the world of dental marketing and more confident on how to deliver more new patients.

Gary has served as a consultant to the American Dental Association (ADA) and is a contributing author to the “Guidelines For Practice Success” module on Managing Marketing, available in print. This publication contains 38 articles and 12 original resources, all designed to help ADA members succeed
